"I approached Beautcamp back in December, as a means to get my ass into gear and to meet new people in my new local area.
I was a little nervous about trying out a challenge. I've had such a battle with injuries and weight gain and a lack of body positivity that sometimes it's easier just to bury your head in the sand and pretend it's not there highlighting it to myself and others made me really anxious and I'm so glad my other half made me bite the bullet and do it.
Not only do I feel stronger and less wobbly, but I have met some of the most wonderful and supportive ladies who have kept us all motivated and ploughing through. It's massively boosted my thoughts on my own body and I have felt less anxious than I have in months.

"Joining Beautcamp has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I am not very sporty and hate going to the gym, but these classes are always great fun and really work you hard! No session is ever the same, so you never get bored. The coaches Lou and Beth are a great team and really know how to motivate you and they are always there for advice.
I took part in the 21 Day Challenge last summer and it really kick-started a regular exercise regime as well as a healthier lifestyle. "I joined Beautcamp in 2018. I started my Beautcamp journey by emailing through the website. I quickly received a friendly and helpful email, giving me all the information I needed to sign up to my 1st class which was free.
I was quite nervous in attending the 1st session, as I was a new member and worried if I would be able to do all of the exercises. I was not someone who worked out regularly. I need not have worried at all. Louise welcomed me to the class, and took some time to talk me through the class structure, and to introduce me to the other ladies. She took time to explain the different exercises as we went through, so I felt supported every step of the way. Everyone was so friendly, and I absolutely adored the training session 🥰
Just over two years on, I am very happy to be a "regular" at the Beautcamp training sessions.
Louise and Beth are wonderful trainers, who really care about the ladies that attend their sessions. They take a lot of time to prepare each session, so no two are ever the same. They are fun sessions that push you to be your best, and really give a great workout.
There is also a wonderful social aspect to the group. All of the ladies are friendly and supportive, and we love to see new ladies join the group and enjoy it just as much as we do! We have regular social events, where we get together to have lunch, dinner or drinks. I have made some very special friends, who I love spending time with, both on and off the battlefield 🍾🥂
Beautcamp is so much more than a fitness family, it is a group of fun and fabulous ladies who train hard and have a lot of laughs together. I am so thrilled that I took that 1st step 2 years ago, and made my way to that 1st training session. "2 years ago i was going to the gym 2-3 times a week. I wasn’t doing classes or anything, and I didn’t want to (given the size of the gym) but I just needed more but I didn’t know what so I googled bootcamp classes in Windsor and found Beautcamp. I’ll admit, I was slightly put off with the female only classes because I wondered if it would be “enough” for what I was looking for... I was so wrong. Every class is hard work and every class is different. I started just going on a Saturday morning and eventually progressed to every class. It’s hard to motivate yourself to exercise at times, but when you know you’re getting stronger, getting fitter and just feeling better in yourself, I think it’s a no brainier."
