The 21 Day Fitness & Fat Loss Challenge For Women

Now in our 11th year, our infamous Beautcamp 21 Day Challenge is back with a bang on Monday 8th April, ready to help you burn off those Easter eggs! 💥

Our fun and effective challenge is run by women, for women, and will have you losing weight and feeling energised while having a tonne of fun in just 3 short weeks 😊

 

❌ We are NOT just another boring, generic fitness programme where 'one size fits all'

❌ We WON'T put you on an 800 calorie diet leaving you feeling hungry with zero energy (you'll be surprised at just how much you WILL be eating!)

❌ We're NOT going to force you to do a tonne of exercise and activities that can't be easily fitted into daily life.

 

We WILL give you the following:


✅ Body confidence & increased energy - love what you see in the mirror again and feel better in your clothes

✅ Easy to follow meal ideas and guidance as well as fun, time saving fitness activities and workouts to get you moving more

❤️ Depending on your starting size, the average inch loss could be 5-15 inches in 21 days if you follow the programme (our most successful lady lost just under 21 inches in 21 days!)

This is our favourite length of time to ask people to commit to.  Anything shorter and the change can often be short-lived.

 

Anything longer and the pressure of being in “challenge mode” sets in and people quit because of it.

Your registration must be received no later than the Friday before the Challenge starts.

Samantha lost 3.6kg & 10" on our January Jump Start Challenge!

"My daily need of chocolate has subsided which is what I wanted to kerb as this happened over December and I was needing chocolate everyday and wanting more as a result! Feel tighter and more toned up too!! I have continued to fill in my food dairy every day for a whole year apart from a few days but this is the main reason for me managing to keep the weight off.

Henri lost 20.5" and over 3% body fat on our last Beach Body Blitz 21 day fat loss challenge. Just look at her results!!

"Joining Beautcamp has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I am not very sporty and hate going to the gym, but these classes are always great fun and really work you hard! No session is ever the same, so you never get bored. The coaches Lou and Beth are a great team and really know how to motivate you and they are always there for advice.

I took part in the 21 Day Challenge last summer and it really kick started a regular exercise regime as well as a healthier lifestyle. The support and guidance throughout those 3 weeks were invaluable and I am pleased to say that almost a year on I have managed to keep up the good work.
