Our fun and effective challenge is run by women, for women and will have you nailing your fitness, improving your food and having a tonne of fun in just 3 weeks 😊


Our challenges run 3 times a year and are designed to be fun whilst building a strong foundation for a healthier lifestyle. We don't advocate strict / faddy diets, just a healthy way of eating and exercising whilst putting to bed all those myths and bad advice on nutrition and exercise which you find on the internet.... Our programme is intensive but you will have around the clock support from two Personal Trainers as well as the other members on the challenge and it's designed to GET RESULTS. And it's only 21 days!!

❌ We are NOT just another boring, generic fitness programme where 'one size fits all'
❌ We WON'T put you on a faddy, low calories diet leaving you feel lethargic and unmotivated.
❌ We're NOT going to force you to do a tonne of exercise and activities that can't be easily fitted into daily life.

We WILL give you the following:

βœ… Bespoke guidance on calorie intake and exercise specific to you and your goals
βœ… Tools to record your measurements and body composition both before and after the Challenge to track your progress
βœ… Access to 7 x a week women's only fitness classes (in Windsor or online)

"I was a little nervous about trying out a challenge. I've had such a battle with injuries and weight gain and a lack of body positivity that sometimes it's easier just to bury your head in the sand and pretend it's not there highlighting it to myself and others made me really anxious and I'm so glad my other half made me bite the bullet and do it.

"My daily need of chocolate has subsided which is what I wanted to kerb as this happened over December and I was needing chocolate everyday and wanting more as a result! Feel tighter and more toned up too!! I have continued to fill in my food dairy every day for a whole year apart from a few days but this is the main reason for me managing to keep the weight off.
