"Joining Beautcamp has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I am not very sporty and hate going to the gym, but these classes are always great fun and really work you hard! No session is ever the same, so you never get bored. The coaches Lou and Beth are a great team and really know how to motivate you and they are always there for advice.
I took part in the 21 Day Challenge last summer and it really kick started a regular exercise regime as well as a healthier lifestyle. The support and guidance throughout those 3 weeks were invaluable and I am pleased to say that almost a year on I have managed to keep up the good work. Since the summer 2019 challenge, Sandy has gone on to lose a total of 8.5% body fat and 23"! She's just completed our July Challenge and has lost a further 13.25" and half a stone!
